Purchasing and Shipping options

Shipping is calculated based on your zip code. For your convenience, we offer your choice of services with Priority Mail, UPS and Fed Ex.
Trance Essence sales are final. If product is defective upon arrival will accept Eau De Parfum and Perfume Oil Roll on for exchange or web credit only, within 7 days of receipt. All shipping damage claims will be directed to the shipping company. The credit is for the price of the item and does not include shipping and handling.
